Hi, I’m Hannah.
I am a newly trained birth doula supporting families throughout the Seattle area. My work is rooted in a simple belief: your body was made for this, and you deserve support that honors that truth.
As your doula, I will walk alongside you with steady presence, evidence-based guidance, and deep respect for your intuition. Whether you're planning a home birth, a birth center birth, or a hospital delivery, I'm here to help you feel informed and supported every step of the way.

While your care provider will focus on the health and safety of you and baby, I will focus on helping you feel informed, supported, and empowered as you move through your unique journey.
Step 1: Let’s meet!
I offer a free 30-minute consultation so we can meet, talk through your hopes for birth, and see if we're a good fit.
Step 2: Prenatal work
If you decide to hire me, I will block off your due date timeframe on my calendar and will support you prior to your birth.

Step 3: Baby’s arrival
When it is time to welcome your baby, I provide continuous support throughout labor and birth. Depending on how your birth story unfolds, my support may include phone and text support, assistance at your home during early labor, and continuous support at your birth location.
Every birth experience is unique. Whether I’m helping you find comfort through contractions, supporting your partner in their role, or simply being a calm and reassuring presence, my goal is for you to feel confident, supported, and never alone throughout your birth journey.
Step 4: Postpartum
Along with support in the immediate postpartum period (usually 1 to 2 hours after birth), I also offer one in-person postpartum visit.

Doula Fee: $900
I currently offer a reduced rate while working toward certification and continuing to grow my practice.
Service Area: 25-mile radius of Seattle, WA
I do not currently accept clients that require travel by ferry, offer childcare for older children, or provide transportation to/from appointments or birth.
A little more about me…
Originally from Minnesota, I now call the Seattle area home, where I live with my husband, our daughter Skylar, and our bulldog. I love strong coffee, spending time outdoors with my family, and building genuine connections with the people around me. Throughout my career, I've worked in roles centered on supporting others, experiences that taught me the value of listening well, adapting to individual needs, and showing up with compassion during meaningful moments.
Birth work became deeply personal to me with the arrival of my daughter. Becoming a mother opened my eyes to the transformative nature of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood, and inspired a passion for supporting families through those experiences.
In addition to my formal doula training, I have had the privilege of supporting and learning from many families through newborn parent support groups. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the emotional, physical, and practical realities that come with welcoming a new baby. Together, my lived experience, professional training, and commitment to compassionate care allow me to create a space where families feel heard, empowered, and supported as they navigate their unique journey into parenthood.
